You have to love how HP products tell you what ails them. In this case one of my workhorse 3600n printers came up with an error indicating that the fuser was dead. I confirmed this by swapping the fuser from another printer, then ordered this replacement. It took longer to unpack the box than to install the unit, and things are working great once again. If this one lasts as long as the original I'll be a happy camper.

Now 11 months later. The printer is working perfectly. My other printer of same brand and model, purchased at same time finally died. Ordered another fuser, it arrived on time and the printer is once again in the pink. Still and again a happy shopper.

I had a hard time finding this product on the HP site, since the machine I have is a little outdated. Fuser works perfectly and resolved our printer issues.
