NEVER buy from FaceMedix! My NutraSonic Cleansing System stopped working after 2 months and I ask for the product to be exchanged not for the money to be refunded. Their response "Unfortunately we don't exchange or refund after 30 days". Amazon's response "Unfortunately it's an outside vendor & that is their policy". FaceMedix doesn't stand behind their products & Amazon doesn't stand behind their vendors. Keep your $100 dollars! Linda Borock

Let me first off say that when I first seen this product advertised I was thinking like most consumers it's garbage so I did my research on the NutraSonic. I looked at reviews then I looked took it one step further and watched videos, one popped up on hsn, clearly the model they used already had beautiful glowing skin... "the world of false advertising" nevertheless I proceeded to search youtube. I watched a non-actor girl do a 10 day test of NutraSonic Face Brush System. truly seeing is believing, her skin was tore up from the basement from acne and makeup (gross) but after the 6 day most of the acne disappeared and the 10th day her skin was glowing and you could barely see any of the acne. I ordered the very next day. NutraSonic arrived 4 days later "it has to charge a full 24hrs before the use" after 24hrs of charging I finally tested it out for myself. AMAZING from day 1 I actually saw the glow come back to my skin, I've been blessed not to have suffer from severe acne, I do occasionally get dark spots from time to time. after a week of using the NutraSonic 2x a day on Normal setting I've seen my natural glow return and the dark spots practically fade away. I purchased this item after reading the reviews comparing this to the more expensive facial cleasing brush. I thought to save money it would be worth a try. It stopped working less than 2 weeks after I started to use it. I am returning it and will likely buy the more expensive item. I hope the seller will refund my money.
Addendum: Payless Beauty accepted the return and I got a full refund.
